Hi Chell
Hey yes the soup looks good. I did the same thing and made beef stew. As for the temps.,well we had -12*. It is sunny though. Today we are moving Renessa to a frinds house for the rest of the winter. We will be shutting off the water and refrig. and so forth. Stay warm. Renessa says its only 59* in the house there. Thats because the stove can't keep up with the cold. We forgot how we used to have it there. We were always cold. Have a great weekend.
